Almost a month before kick-off, the final derby of the A-League season between the Wanderers and Sydney FC is effectively sold out.
Club officials said on Tuesday that almost all tickets had been sold for the game at Parramatta Stadium on March 23, with "just the odd single ticket" available.
Western Sydney's more immediate challenge, Saturday's trip to Gosford to face the Central Coast at Bluetongue Stadium, is also shaping as a sellout.
That game will give the winner the advantage in the race for the Premier's Plate, and Wanderers midfielder Aaron Mooy can't wait for the clash.
"It's a massive game coming up and everyone's pumped up for it," Mooy said.
Last weekend's defeat of Perth confirmed the A-League debutants will be in the finals but coach Tony Popovic refuses to accept that as mission accomplished.
"It's great for the club in the first year to play finals football," Popovic said. "But with five games left there's an opportunity to achieve even more. Why settle for that? Let's see how high we can go."
