Essendon captain Jobe Watson finished last season with the Brownlow Medal and opened the new year with a stirring performance against Adelaide. But, is he better than his famous father?

Jobe's a better player than Tim

The boys from AFL 360 will tackle the father-son comparison in their first ME Bank Fair or Unfair segment of 2013 on Tuesday night.

Jobe, 28, has transformed himself into one of the most prolific and consistent midfielders in the AFL after almost being sacked by the Bombers late in the Kevin Sheedy era.

He capped his rise with last year's Brownlow Medal.

His famous father played 307 games in red and black and won three premierships in a career which was recognised with induction into the AFL Hall of Fame.

But, Jobe Watson is better than Tim Watson - fair or unfair?

You can tune into AFL 360 from 7.30pm (EDT) on FOX FOOTY on Tuesday to see the segment and get the verdict on this and a number of other points.
