Canberra Raiders chief executive Don Furner confirmed on ABC radio on Sunday that he would be sending information to the NRL detailing every indiscretion Josh Dugan had made in his colourful time at the club.
Where is Josh Dugan most likely to play next?
Furner confirmed there were behavioural issues previously unreported in the media that would be revealed to the game's bosses.
It is believed some clubs, including Brisbane and St George Illawarra, are waiting confirmation from the NRL as to whether they would register a contract for the ex-NSW custodian before getting seriously involved in negotiations.
Dugan at his best could not have saved the Raiders on Sunday as their horror start to 2013 continued with an embarrassing 36-0 loss to Gold Coast.
Coach David Furner and skipper David Shillington refused to use the Dugan saga as an excuse for the pathetic effort which included conceding 10 line breaks and 16 handling errors.
"I don't want to use it as an excuse, but obviously (the Dugan saga) was draining and distracting for people," Shillington said.
Furner wouldn't confirm whether he'd consider Blake Ferguson for selection next week, the winger also stood down for drinking with Dugan last week.
However frustrated with his team Furner may be, he believes they can turn everything around against St George Illawarra next week.
"Worse than disappointing, that was pretty bad," Furner said.
"We had five or six red zone errors on play ones, that will kill any team.
"It can be rectified, it's not panic stations but it was not a good looking game.
"I've had this team before where we've been in a situation and I know we can get out of it. I know the character of the side."
