In-demand Brazil star Neymar has given a huge indication about his future - and it appears it doesn't include a move to Manchester City, one of his biggest suitors.

Neymar, who vowed to stay at home until at least after the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil, told Esporte Espetacular: "I dream of playing in Europe, for a big club like Barcelona, Real Madrid and Chelsea.

"Who wouldn't dream about playing alongside (Lionel) Messi, Xavi (Hernandez) and (Andres) Iniesta? They're all great players."

Santos want to keep the 21-year-old long term, but the lure of Europe will inevitably prove too powerful eventually. But not yet.

"I don't know where I would fit in if I joined Barca, but I know my place is at Santos right now.

"There's no point in speculating when I'll leave Santos. I'll leave when I want to.
