A stoppage-time header from Branislav Ivanovic helps Chelsea to a dramatic, late win against Benfica in the Europa League final.
With extra time beckoning at Amsterdam Arena, Ivanovic prodded home the winner off a corner with less than a minute to play on the clock.
And there was almost even later drama, with Gary Cahill scrambling the ball off the line after a defensive scramble in Chelsea's box.
The win makes Rafael Benitez's side the first team to win the Europa League in the season after winning the UEFA Champions League.
Fernando Torres's cool 59th-minute opener gave Chelsea the lead against the run of play, before Oscar Cardozo dispatched a well-taken penalty, awarded after a César Azpilicueta handball.
The final ten minutes produced two moments of real quality. Petr Cech produced a mighty save to deny Cardozo from distance, before Chelsea skipper Frank Lampard thundered a 30m drive into the crossbar.
More to come ...
