Sacked Canberra Raiders fullback Josh Dugan has signed with St George Illawarra for the rest of the 2013 season and will begin training immediately.
Dugan will join the club effective immediately but it is unknown when the troubled star will be eligible to pull on the Red V.
Fair Fax Media reports the Dragons haven't enforced a ban on Dugan using social media while at the club, given his dodgy track record with Facebook and Twitter.
Dugan will most likely slot into his favoured fullback position with Jason Nightingale shifting to his prefered position on the wing.
